Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Estimates

We offer international shipping to most major regions worldwide. Standard delivery times typically take between 7 to 15 business days from the shipment date. Please note that these timelines are estimates and external factors can sometimes cause slight delays.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Ashlen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs clearance procedures in your country can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
